Required Qualification and Experience:
– B.A/ Sc. in Accounting or any related discipline.
– A master’s degree in accounting or an MBA will be an added advantage.

Professional Qualification:
– Membership in one or more of the following is required: CIA, IAABE, ACCA, CPA.

Desired Experience and Competencies:
– Minimum of 7 years’ financial and operational audit experience.
– Preferably with experience in Big 4, manufacturing, energy, or international settings.
– Strong understanding of financial controls, IFRS, ICFR, fraud indicators.
– Proficiency in SAP and similar systems.
– Strong analytical and communication skills.
