Current Vacancy: Customer Experience and Compliance Manager
We are currently seeking a high-caliber professional to fill the role of Customer Experience and Compliance Manager at our Addis Ababa headquarters.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead customer experience and compliance operations organization-wide.
Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Oversee the resolution of customer complaints within strict timelines.
Conduct regular service quality assessments and compliance reviews.

Minimum Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Business, Management, or IT-related fields.
