1. Project Manager – Head Office
Location: Head Office (with frequent field travel)
Salary: Based on organization scale

Role Summary
The Project Manager will lead donor-funded and organizational projects from start to finish.
You’ll ensure timely delivery, budget compliance, and high-quality reporting.
Key Responsibilities

Lead project planning, implementation, and performance monitoring

Supervise Project Officers and ensure donor compliance

Coordinate with Finance, MEAL, and HR units
-
Manage risks, safeguarding, and stakeholder relations

Use tools like ClickUp, Trello, Asana, or Monday.com
What You Bring

BA in Development Studies, Project Management, or related field
-
7–10 years of NGO project management experience
-
Strong digital skills: MS Project, Excel, Power BI, and cloud platforms

Experience managing donor-funded portfolios

2. Livelihood Officer – West Hararghe, Chiro Town
Location: Field Office, Chiro Town
Gross Salary: 60,000 – 70,000 ETB/month (USD-pegged)

Lead economic empowerment programs for vulnerable women.
You’ll manage Self-Help Groups (SHGs) , IGAs, and savings-led interventions.

Supervise Livelihood Technical Assistants and Community Workers

3–5 years of livelihood or community development experience

Fluent in Afaan Oromo and working English

Experience with VSLAs, SHGs, or women-focused programs
