Available Positions and Key Responsibilities

The current hiring process covers two distinct roles tailored for skilled financial specialists:

1. Branch Business Relationship Manager – RMSME (Adama District)

• Drive business growth by identifying, pitching, and closing opportunities with retail, micro, small, and medium enterprise (MSME) clients across Adama branches.
• Oversee credit risk assessment, portfolio performance, and regulatory compliance protocols within your designated district.
• Build long-term client relationships that increase customer retention and support district financial targets.
• Guide strategic sales initiatives and advise senior leadership on market priorities and performance trends.

2. Branch Business Relationship Officer (East Addis District)

• Handle day-to-day business relationship operations and support client onboarding across East Addis branches.
• Assist corporate and retail clients with specialized banking operations, including Interest-Free Banking (IFB), domestic transactions, and international trade finance.
• Use market analytical skills to track client needs and recommend appropriate financial solutions.

Educational Requirements and Work Experience

For Branch Business Relationship Manager (Adama)

• Education: BA Degree in Accounting, Marketing Management, Business Administration, Banking, Finance, or a related business field.

For Branch Business Relationship Officer (East Addis)

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Banking, Finance/Accounting, Management, or equivalent business fields.
