1. Branch Manager Grade C
Education: MA/MBA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or related fields.
Experience: 6.5 years for MA/MBA or 8.5 years for BA degree holders in the banking industry, with at least 2 years as a Customer Services Manager Grade B or 3 years as a Branch Accounts Administrator Grade A.
Location: Gambella
2. Branch Manager Grade C (Interest-Free Banking)
Education: MA/MBA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or related fields.
Experience: 6.5 years for MA/MBA or 8.5 years for BA degree holders in the banking industry, including 2 years in customer service management or 3 years in branch administration.
Location: Dire Dawa & Kombolcha
3. Branch Accounts Administrator Grade B (Interest-Free Banking)
Education: BA in Accounting, Banking & Insurance, Banking & Finance, or related fields.
Experience: 3.5 years in banking operations, with at least 1 year as a Senior Customer Service Officer or in an equivalent position.
Location: Dire Dawa
4. Senior Customer Service Specialist (Interest-Free Banking)
Education: BA in Accounting & Finance, Management, Economics, Marketing, or related fields.
Experience: 1.5 years in banking operations, including at least 6 months in a Customer Service Specialist role.
Location: Dire Dawa
5. Junior Procurement Officer
Education: BA in Procurement and Supplies, Purchasing, Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
Experience: 6 months of relevant experience, preferably in the banking sector.
Location: Addis Ababa
6. Customer Service Specialist
Education: BA in Accounting, Banking, Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of banking experience in customer service operations.
Location: Dire Dawa
