RC Construction PLC, a leading company in the construction industry, is seeking a qualified and experienced Human Resource Manager to lead and manage the company’s HR department. We are looking for a dynamic individual with strong leadership, interpersonal, and strategic HR management skills.

Job Summary:
The Human Resource Manager will be responsible for overseeing the overall HR operations of the company, including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, training and development, compensation and benefits, and compliance with labor laws and company policies. The role requires a hands-on leader with the ability to implement HR strategies that support the company’s goals.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company goals and legal requirements.

Oversee recruitment and selection processes to attract and retain top talent.

Manage onboarding, employee records, and orientation programs.
-
Design and implement performance evaluation systems.
-
Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.

Develop and manage training and development plans for staff.

Administer compensation and benefits packages.

Ensure compliance with Ethiopian labor laws and maintain updated employee records.

Provide strategic HR support to management and department heads.
Job Requirements:

Educational Background: BA or MA Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in Ethiopian labor laws and HR best practices.

Strong knowledge of HR software and MS Office tools.
