📝 Job Description – Key Responsibilities:
As a Planning, Monitoring & Evaluation Officer, you will:
- Assist in the preparation and management of strategic plans for the bank.
- Track and evaluate performance metrics, profitability, and periodic reports.
- Conduct research and performance evaluations of branches and the industry.
- Monitor and report the Bank’s progress monthly, quarterly, and annually.
- Consolidate annual plans, budgets, and action plans for the Bank.
- Gather and analyze macro-economic and banking industry data.
- Review proposals for capital expenditures and provide economic justification.
- Recommend improvements to planning tools, standards, and methodologies.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned.
🎓 Job Requirements:
- Educational Qualification: BA in Marketing & Communication, Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, Economics, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum of 3.5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the banking industry.
