Job Summary
The Property Audit and Legality Expert IV will be responsible for auditing the management and utilization of government-owned property, ensuring full compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks. The role also includes providing advisory support on property-related legal matters and contributing to policy enforcement efforts.
Key Duties and Responsibilities

Conduct compliance audits on property administration in public institutions

Review records, assess legality, and report on inconsistencies or misuse of assets

Support enforcement of property laws and contribute to legal interpretations

Prepare clear and concise audit and legality reports with actionable recommendations

Advise institutions on corrective measures and good property management practices
-
Participate in developing audit tools and guidelines
-
Deliver trainings on public property regulations and legal frameworks

Collaborate with internal and external legal and audit teams as necessary
Required Qualification and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, Logistics and Supply Chain, Project Management, Electrical Engineering, Public Finance, or related fields

A minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience

Strong understanding of public property management and audit practices

Excellent communication, report writing, and analytical skills

Good knowledge of Ethiopian property laws and procurement systems is an advantage
