Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Act as a strategic partner to leadership by integrating support functions into program hub operations, managing budgets, and promoting organizational values.

• Sourcing & Procurement: Oversee Source-to-Pay (S2P) workflows, manage consolidated annual procurement plans, conduct market assessments, and lead negotiations for high-spend categories.

• Operations & Compliance: Direct supply chain, logistics, IT, administration, and contract management teams while enforcing risk mitigation protocols and audit compliance.

• Client Satisfaction: Monitor service delivery to ensure optimum internal and external client satisfaction while troubleshooting operational bottlenecks alongside program managers.

Educational Qualification & Requirements

• Education: BA or MA Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. (Advanced CIPS professional qualification is highly advantageous).

• Work Experience:

  • BA Holders: Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in supply chain management and contract administration.

  • MA Holders: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

  • Leadership: Must have at least 2 to 3 years of direct people management/supervisory experience.

• Required Skills: Strong technical knowledge of ERP databases, local legislative frameworks, procurement workflows, communication, and negotiation.
