Job Positions and Details
1. Area Office Administrator
Education:
BA/MA in Management or Business Administration or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Experience:
4 years of relevant experience with a first degree, or 3 years of relevant experience with a postgraduate degree in office administration. Supervisory experience is mandatory. NGO experience is a plus.

Fluency in spoken and written English

Location: Bahir Dar
2. Protection Specialist
Education:
BA degree in Public Health, Psychology, Social Work, Social Studies, or related fields.
A Master’s degree in a related field is an advantage.
Experience:
5 years’ experience in an NGO setting, including at least 3 years of practical experience implementing or leading VAWG/Protection projects in emergencies. Experience working with internally displaced people and conflict-affected communities is required.
Technical Skills:

Strong supervisory and coordination skills

Proficiency in English (written and spoken)

Proficiency in local languages (Afarigna and Oromiffa) highly desirable
