Position: Administrative Assistant

Job Purpose
The Administrative Assistant plays a vital role in ensuring that the office operates efficiently. You will be responsible for a wide range of administrative and clerical tasks, including:
- Scheduling meetings and managing calendars
- Organizing and maintaining office files and records
- Coordinating communication between departments
- Assisting management and staff in daily administrative duties
- Acting as a reliable point of contact for internal and external clients
This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to managing administrative responsibilities.
Required Educational Qualification
Applicants must have a BA degree in one of the following fields:
- Information Technology
- Business Administration & Information Systems
- Management
- Accounting
- Or other closely related fields
Required Work Experience
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in any of the following roles:
- Administrative Assistant
- Secretary
- Office Manager
- Or a similar administrative role in an organization
