🔹 1. Customer Service Executive – I (Fresh Graduates)

• Qualification: BA in Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Management, Economics, Marketing, Banking & Finance, and related business fields.
• Experience: Not required.
• Year of Graduation: 2024 G.C.
• CGPA Requirement: 2.5 and above.
• Exit Exam: Must have a passing mark.
• Work Location: Addis Ababa and surrounding areas.

🔹 2. Information Technology Trainee Officer-I (Fresh Graduates)

• Qualification: BSc in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
• Experience: Not required.
• Year of Graduation: 2024 G.C.
• CGPA Requirement: 2.5 and above.
• Exit Exam: Must have a passing mark.
• Work Location: Addis Ababa.

🔹 3. Customer Service Executive – II

• Qualification: BA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or related fields.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in banking operations (CSO, CSR, CSE, etc.)
• Work Location: Jigjiga.

🔹 4. Senior IT Security Administrator

• Qualification: BSc in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
• Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in banking; minimum 2 years at officer level.
• Work Location: Addis Ababa.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support for branches.
• Assist in core banking operations and software troubleshooting.
• Maintain system updates and bug reporting to the IT team.
• Ensure smooth digital banking experiences for clients.

✳️ For Senior IT Security Administrator:

• Design and implement network security systems.
• Conduct risk assessments and mitigate cyber threats.
• Train staff in IT security policies and awareness.
• Monitor and manage firewalls, anti-virus systems, and cyber protection protocols.
