💼 Position: IT – Graduate Trainee
📌 Job Summary
The IT Graduate Trainee Program is designed to build highly skilled technology professionals who will later grow into leadership and specialist positions in Addis Bank’s Information Technology Office.
Trainees will undergo a one-year structured learning program, working closely with unit heads and IT professionals. During this time, trainees will:
- Support day-to-day IT operations
- Participate in improvement initiatives
- Learn banking systems, cybersecurity processes, IT infrastructure, and digital banking technologies
- Build hands-on experience needed for future IT roles such as Developer, System Administrator, Network Specialist, Cybersecurity Analyst, or IT Business Analyst

🎯 Job Requirements
Required Educational Background
Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following fields:
- Computer Science
- Computer Engineering
- Information Technology
- Information Systems (MIS)
- Or any closely related IT discipline

Minimum Academic Criteria
- CGPA: 2.50 and above
- Exit Exam Score: 50% and above
