Job Requirements and Qualifications
To be eligible for these Customer Experience and Compliance Manager jobs in Ethiopia, candidates must meet the following:

Education: Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Banking and Finance, Information Systems, or related fields.

Experience: Minimum 5 years (for Master’s) or 7 years (for Bachelor’s) of relevant work experience.

Specific Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a Senior Officer, Principal Officer, Team Leader, or in a related supervisory position.

Location: Based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

Added Advantage: Knowledge of Interest-Free Banking (IFB) and AI; proficiency in more than one local language.
Main Responsibilities

Lead and manage customer experience and compliance management operations across the organization.

Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, service delivery, and retention.

Monitor customer feedback and service quality indicators to identify areas for improvement.

Ensure effective handling and resolution of customer complaints within established timelines.

Conduct service quality assessments, compliance reviews, and prepare periodic reports for management.

Ensure adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and customer protection standards.
