MT Construction is looking for a qualified and motivated professional to join our team as a Senior Purchaser. We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced individual to manage the procurement of construction materials, services, and equipment efficiently and cost-effectively.
Job Overview
The Senior Purchaser will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials and services in line with company policies. The role involves working closely with suppliers, site managers, and the finance team to ensure timely delivery and optimal pricing. The ideal candidate should have solid procurement experience in the construction industry and excellent negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and evaluate reliable suppliers and maintain good working relationships.

Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company procedures.

Negotiate terms, pricing, and delivery schedules with suppliers.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse and project teams to ensure timely replenishment.

Track and report key procurement metrics and ensure cost-effectiveness.

Ensure compliance with quality standards, specifications, and regulations.

Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information, and invoices.
Requirements
Qualification: MSc/MA/BSc/BA in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
Working Experience: 3 years for a Master’s degree and 5 years for a Bachelor’s degree.
Remark: Experience in the construction sector is highly preferred.
