Position: Sales and Marketing Manager
Location: Addis Ababa

Position Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our sales initiatives and marketing efforts. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving business growth, expanding market reach, and nurturing strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with the company’s goals.

Identify, engage, and convert potential clients within the printing, branding, and advertising sectors.

Cultivate long-term relationships with clients, advertising agencies, and strategic partners.

Lead the planning and execution of innovative marketing campaigns (both digital and traditional).

Prepare compelling sales proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.

Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed revenue targets.

Monitor market trends, analyze competitor strategies, and identify areas of improvement.

Collaborate with internal teams including design, production, and logistics to ensure successful project delivery.

Track sales metrics and provide insightful performance reports to senior management.
Required Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

2–4 years of proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the printing, branding, or advertising industries.

Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or surpass sales targets.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

Excellent negotiation and client management capabilities.

Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital marketing tools.

Highly self-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strategic thinker with a keen eye for market dynamics and business development.
