Ethio-Friends Foundation for Refugees (EFFR) is the first officially recognized refugee-led organization in Ethiopia, led by a refugee woman. The organization works closely with stakeholders to improve the lives and well-being of refugees and asylum seekers in Ethiopia.

Overall Purpose of the Role

The Administrative & Finance Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative, financial, and logistical support to ensure efficient office operations and smooth coordination of organizational activities.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Support both administrative and financial operations of the organization.

• Ensure smooth coordination of daily organizational activities.

• Manage logistical support for office operations.

• Maintain accurate financial records and administrative documentation.

Requirements

• Skills Required: Accounting / Finance.

• Education: Relevant academic background in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.

• Experience: Previous experience in administrative or financial support roles (NGO experience preferred).
