MT Construction is looking for a qualified and motivated professional to join our team as a Project Manager. We are seeking a results-driven individual with excellent leadership and project management skills to oversee construction projects from initiation to completion.
Job Overview
The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and completing construction projects within budget and on schedule. This role involves coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure compliance with project requirements and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving abilities and a deep understanding of construction management.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.

Supervise construction activities to ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.

Monitor project progress and resolve issues that may arise.

Prepare reports and provide regular updates to management.

Ensure effective resource allocation and cost control.
Requirements
Qualification: MSc/MA/BSc/BA in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Working Experience: 5 years for a Master’s degree and 7 years for a Bachelor’s degree.
Remark: Having experience in a similar role is advantageous.
