MT Construction is looking for a qualified and motivated professional to join our team as a Site Engineer I. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to support the day-to-day operations of construction sites and ensure project execution aligns with technical specifications and timelines.
Job Overview
The Site Engineer I will be responsible for supervising site activities, coordinating resources, and ensuring construction work is carried out in accordance with approved designs and safety standards. The role requires close collaboration with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth site operations.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee construction activities and ensure they comply with engineering plans and specifications.

Supervise workers and subcontractors on-site.

Coordinate the use of materials and equipment on site.

Conduct regular inspections and report progress to the Project Manager.

Assist in resolving technical issues that arise during construction.

Monitor safety and quality control standards on site.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
Requirements
- Qualification: BSc/BA in Civil Engineering or Construction Technology & Management or related field.
- Working Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in building or infrastructure projects.
- Remark: Prior experience on construction sites is essential.
Skills:

Good knowledge of construction methods and site supervision.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
