ZamZam Bank is the first full-fledged Interest-Free Bank (IFB) in Ethiopia. It is growing rapidly and looking for motivated, qualified professionals to join its team in Addis Ababa.

Position 1: Junior Administrative Assistant

Location: Addis Ababa
Type: Full-time

✅ Education

• Diploma in Secretarial Science and Office Administration, Management, or related fields

✅ Experience

• 4 years of relevant work experience

✅ Core Skill

• Strong communication ability

Position 2: Banking Business Officer I (Re-Advertisement)

Location: Addis Ababa
Type: Full-time

Education

• BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or other business-related fields

 Experience

• 1 year of branch banking experience

• Minimum 6 months as Junior Officer or equivalent position

Core Competencies

• Sales and Marketing

• Customer Experience

• IFB (Interest-Free Banking) Product Knowledge

• Problem Identification and Solution

  • Logistics & Supply Chain Management

  • Management Information System (MIS)

  • Related fields

Academic Requirements

• GPA: above 2.5

• Successful completion of the national exit exam

• Year of graduation: 2023 or later

• Age: not more than 25 years

Personal Qualities

• Willingness to learn and work with minimal supervision

• Ability to work in bank branches

• Willing to sign internship program agreement

Advantageous

• Certification in customer service, business intelligence, etc.

• Knowledge of Interest-Free Banking (IFB)

Requirement Skill

• Communication
